Voodoo Controllers shipping & handling policies are outlined below:

Most online orders placed before 12pm Central time Monday through Friday will be processed on that same day. 

Please note that orders placed after this allotted time will likely be processed the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Order confirmation, shipping, and tracking information will be provided to you in an automated email to the email address we have on file once your order is processed.

Your package is guaranteed within the quoted time of your SHIPMENT date, not order date.

Shipping expenses will be calculated and displayed in the final phase of the checkout process prior to purchase.

You will be notified of any additional shipping charges that may be incurred prior to shipment and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any extra fees. (This will usually apply only to international customers.)

Insurance is entirely optional (although not entirely necessary). Voodoo Controllers and UPS ensure that your package will be handled respectfully and have it safely delivered in the original condition in which it was built. Keep in mind that there will be an additional expense to have your package insured.

No signature is required. UPS will make two attempts to deliver your package. If no one is available after the second attempt, UPS will leave a note on your door and hold it for you in their secure sorting facility for pickup.

Packages left in apartment complexes when the tenant is not available will usually be left at the main office.

Voodoo Controllers accepts no responsibility for products lost , stolen, or damaged during transit. All orders leave our facility in perfect condition. If your order is damaged, lost, or stolen during transit, please contact UPS immediately to make a claim.

Since we use UPS as our primary carrier, Voodoo Controllers does not ship to P.O. boxes at this point in time.

Shipments made outside of the 48 continental United States ( Hawaii or Alaska) will incur an additional expense and increase the estimated delivery time.

Unfortunately, at this point in time Voodoo Controllers. does ship internationally.
