Sonic Colors Review

sonic colors

Here comes another Sonic game for the Nintendo Wii. We all love Sonic and the game sure has a large fan base however after hits like Sonic 1, 2, 3 on the Sega Genesis the releases after that point have just been okay, it sometimes feels like the graphics are getting way to enhanced for sonic and the game play and originality are just not their anymore, so lets see how Sonic Colors for the Nintendo Wii pans out.

Sonic Colors has its game play set in a 3d environment however switches it up during each level to a 2d approach. You basically start off running through an amusement park built by Eggman (I love that fat guy). My first reaction was that the game play is actually pretty good, however in the back of my head I was waiting for a chance to despite a part of the game being a dedicated Sonic 1, 2, & 3 gamer back in the day. I waited and waited but the game play stayed good throughout each level.

The game also has cut scenes and the acting and voice cuts are good as well (compared to the other sonic cut scenes in previous games, this one was great and at parts partially funny).

If you think about it, Sonic's main purpose in the game is to get from point A to point B as with any game,
however encountering obstacles on the way, Sonic Colors does a great job of doing that however getting from
point A to point B is fun, so you're not constantly thinking about whats at the end at point B.

Marvel Vs Capcom 3 Releasing In 2011

marvel vs capcom 3

Marvel vs Capcom 3 will be releasing sometime in 2011. The game looks freaking ridiculous! I remember playing marvel versus capcom 8-10 years ago and the gameplay was smooth, fast and fun, at that time i thought that marvel x capcom actually standed for THE ARCADE MACHINE for me.

While others started off with pacman however im proud to say i started off with this, so all i can say is that i can't wait to get my hands on this game!

Lets get into some depth on the unreleased game:

The graphics are awesome as you can see from the gameplay video below, each character, and background looks as if it is hand drawn like a comic book. Imagine a moving comic book and thats what you'll get in Marvel vs Capcom 3.

Remember the flashy swipes that wolverine would take in Marvel Vs Capcom 1 & 2? Which made the screen

full of lovely effects, well....Marvel vs Capcom 3 will still have them only this time even more flashy looking than

before, it all ties into the smoothness of the gameplay and having this was a must.

Each special move from the last games are given a more realisting look in marvel vs capcom 3 as well.
